The End of Summer

I love summer. I'm always a little sad when Labor Day comes. It means that temperatures are going to cool down, the sun sets sooner, and Christmas decorations will soon appear in stores. As much as I love Christmas, I don't want summer to end.

I have a different attitude in the summer than I do in the fall and winter. Even though summer extends into August, it feels like we still have half the year to go and to get things done. But with September here, now we have to focus on year-end and panic might set in. Am I going to finish all of my to-dos and accomplish everything I need to? It's time to assess what needs to be done and make a plan to finish strong.

Summer is over, but not the year. Make the most of the rest of 2017!
